Boeing’s KC-46 Pegasus aerial refueling tanker has won the second of two necessary airworthiness certificates from the Federal Aviation Administration. Oregon has a new very big wine player with the announcement Wednesday that Great Oregon Wine Co. has purchased Duck Pond Cellars.
