Website’s forum selection clause enforceable

A home remodeling customer is bound by a forum selection clause for a website she used to obtain referrals for building contractors, the Missouri Court of Appeals has ruled in affirming a dismissal. The defendant operates a website that offers free referrals for construction contractors.
