W.Va. funeral home sued over customers’ funds

The West Virginia attorney general is suing a funeral home for allegedly misappropriating money consumers spent on prepaid funerals. The lawsuit in Wyoming County Circuit Court names Adam Toler Memorial Funeral Home in Oceana, as well as Donna Toler, Daniel Toler and Rebekah Cline.
