Clarke Group has formed investment partnerships with Red Oak Growth Partners, Harbert Mezzanine Partners and Tenth Street Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. As a result of the transaction, Clarke Group’s John Duffin; Red Oak’s Richard Erickson and Conor Mullet; Tenth Street’s Bill Nutter and Andy Tatman; and Harbert’s Robert Bourquin, will join Clarke Group’s board of directors.
