Palo Alto-based VMware Inc. plans to acquire CloudHealth Technology Inc., a fast-growing cloud management software company in Boston that has raised more than $85 million from investors including .406 Ventures, Sigma Prime Ventures and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
