There’s already one huge waterfront development underway in Vancouver, but another could be on its way. This week, the Port of Vancouver USA shared its preferred vision for its Terminal 1 property on the northern banks of the Columbia River. Plans include a mixed-use development that would likely see a 160-room Marriott hotel, multi-story office and mixed-use buildings and a public marketplace.
