A federal judge has granted Nike’s unopposed motion to extend its deadline for responding to the claims in a gender and pay discrimination lawsuit filed this month. The company’s response is now due Nov. 5. Four former Nike employees sued the company in early August, alleging Nike’s culture “devalues and demeans its female employees.” The plaintiffs seek class action status.
