Netflix creates VP role for inclusion strategy

In the wake of firing a high-level executive over “insensitive” remarks, Netflix Inc. has hired a vice president of inclusion strategy. In the newly created role, Vern? Myers will help devise and implement strategies that integrate cultural diversity, inclusion and equity into the Los Gatos-based streaming giant’s global operations.
