Search software company Elastic NV is the latest Silicon Valley tech business to join the IPO parade. The Mountain View company filed a prospectus on Wednesday that said it plans to debut on the New York Stock Exchange with the ticker symbol of “ESTC.” Its subscription-based data search software is used by Uber, Adobe, Dell, Netflix, The New York Times and others Elastic NV said in its prospectus that it lost $18.6 million in the latest quarter despite a 79 percent jump in sales to $56.6 million.…
