Hurricane Florence pushes a third soccer playoff match to Portland

The impending arrival of Hurricane Florence has effectively pushed the final three National Women’s Soccer League playoff matches to the Rose City. The NWSL revealed Thursday afternoon that that the North Carolina Courage vs. Chicago Red Stars semifinal game — originally scheduled to be played Sunday in Cary, N.C. — has been moved to Providence Park.
