Uber Technologies Inc. engineer Susan Fowler, whose searing blog post last year on company culture spurred tech’s own #metoo and eventually ousted cofounder and CEO Travis Kalanick, has endorsed a $10 million settlement regarding pay equity and alleged harassment.
