Delta Air Lines Inc. has renewed its popular SkyMIles program for Seattle Seahawks fans for the third consecutive season. The Federal Transit Administration has approved a $100 million allocation toward the Lynnwood Link light-rail extension, U.S. Sen. Patty Murray’s office said Friday. The $100 million is in addition to a previously allocated $100 million through the federal Capital Investment Grant program for infrastructure projects across the country.
