Long Ridge exits Portware

FactSet Research Systems has agreed to acquire Portware LLC for a cash consideration of $265 million. Portware, which was backed by Long Ridge Equity Partners, is a provider of financial information and analytics. FactSet will fund the acquisition with an expansion of its existing revolving credit facility.
